BISE Bahawalpur was established in 1977 after separating from BISE Multan, and has run its own campus in Bahawalpur city since 1985. Today it serves students across three districts in southern Punjab.
The board conducts annual and supplementary exams for FA, FSc, ICS, and ICom students across Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, and Rahim Yar Khan districts.
